DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will be expected to ensure that all new/upgraded facilities required for production are:

Introduced on time.

To budget
-
Compliant (statutorily (OHS Act & SANS) and to the Companys Group standards)

And capable of producing to the required quality (outlined in product specification) and volume (outlined in the project premises)
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Completed Bachelors Engineering Degree – Mechatronic, Electrical or Mechanical
Minimum 3 years of proven facility planning experience e.g writing specifications; procurement & commissioning in a complex industrial environment
3 – 5 years’ experience in Automation /Electronics
3 – 5 years ‘ experience in Project Management (e.g. Budgets, time, resource management)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings.

Organization, coordination and planning as well as resourcefulness skills.

Logical, analytical and advanced technical insight and aptitude

Ability to deal with complexity.

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and simply and concisely explain and sell complex technical processes.

Proven knowledge and experience in Industrial automation, networks and IT.

People skills and stakeholder management

Creative problem solving
-
Highly computer literate
