As part of the Finance team, the successful candidate will be co-ordinating/reporting and controlling Manpower cost, Overheads and Capital Expenditure whilst ensuring adherence to company targets, policies and control regulations.
This includes reporting to various divisions and Finance review meetings. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for variance analysis, forecasting and the Budgets. Additionally they will also be responsible for financial evaluations for cost saving ideas. This individual will also be responsible for the planning round process for the relevant division.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Qualification
Have a B Com Degree (Accounting III)/National Diploma in Cost Management Accounting or equivalent qualification
Experience needed
- Have 3-5 years financial experience preferably in the Automotive industry
- Have experience in a cost accounting environment and methods
- Have experience in financial analysis techniques
- Advance computer literacy ( MS Excel, SAP, MS Power Point, Think-cell, Essbase and Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills
- Be assertive
- Analytical skills with systems orientation
- Be disciplined and able to perform under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
